• Rentals can be started at any point in a month and end in another month, we would just calculate our a daily rate between the months. We have to rent the property in 30 day allocations, so if you want less we still have to contract out the time, but we are open to considering it. Contact us if this is the case. If you would like to rent the house for multiple months, please let us know, as we will consider discounts for longer rentals. Our Cleaning fee $245 and we require one every at least every 2 weeks to plus once with 5 days of departure to ensure the property can be turned in a timely manner. All prices include utilities. A tax of 7% is then applied to cover Flagstaff hotel taxes

Flagstaff Ranch Country Club has offered a program for $250 a month that gives access the the club amenities (excluding golf). For $250 a month, you can access the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and the gym. This is all subject to change at the discretion of the country club…
